REFUND POLICY

1. General Information

SKINFLUX.GG is committed to ensuring that our Buyers have a satisfactory shopping experience. If you encounter issues with a Product, this Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and the procedures to follow.

2. Withdrawal Rights

As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

2.1. Right to Withdraw

  • You have 14 days to cancel your purchase without providing a reason. This applies to all Products purchased through the Platform.
  • The withdrawal period starts from the date of Product delivery.
  • If you wish to cancel, you must inform us by email, phone, or through our Customer Support portal within the withdrawal period.

2.2. How to Cancel

  • You can initiate a return by contacting Customer Support at [email protected].
  • You may also use the model withdrawal, which can be sent via email or postal mail.
  • Once you submit the request, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt from SKINFLUX.GG.

2.3. Refund Process

  • If you exercise your right to cancel, SKINFLUX.GG will refund the full purchase price of the Product (including taxes and the Service Fee), typically within 14 days from the date we are informed about your decision to cancel.
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the initial purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • No additional fees will be charged to you for processing the refund.

2.4. Exceptions

  • The right to cancel does not apply if you have already revealed a digital key (for downloadable Products), as it becomes impossible to verify its use or resell it. Once a digital key is revealed, the transaction is considered fulfilled and final.

3. Defective Products

3.1. What is Considered a Defective Product?

  • A defective Product is one that does not work as intended, fails to function properly, or is not as described in the Product’s description.

3.2. How to Request a Replacement

  • If you receive a defective Product, you are entitled to request a replacement (subject to availability).
  • To request a replacement, please contact Customer Support and provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, purchase details, etc.).

3.3. If Replacement is Not Available

  • If a replacement is unavailable or would incur disproportionate costs (e.g., due to product scarcity), SKINFLUX.GG will issue a refund in the same manner in which payment was made.

4. How to Return a Product

4.1. Returning Digital Products

  • Digital Products, such as keys, codes, or downloadable items, cannot be returned once they have been redeemed.
  • If the key is not working, please contact Customer Support immediately with evidence (e.g., screenshots) for assistance. Refunds are not typically granted for redeemed keys.

4.2. Return Process

  • If you meet the conditions for a return, please ensure that:
    • The Product has not been redeemed (in case of digital goods).
    • You have not revealed the digital key.
    • You submit a valid cancellation request within the 14-day period.
